Twitter X: Elon Musk changes Twitter’s logo to X, what’s next?

Elon Musk on Sunday changed the Twitter bird logo to an “X”. This a ground breaking new change after the 52 years old multi-billionaire bought the social media platform back in October 2022.

Announced on Sunday, 23rd July through a video post he announced the rebranding. The latest rebranding of the social media platform will be twitter’s effort to create an all-in-on “everything app” as per Musk.


Surprisingly, now redirects to the twitter website which leads us to the question that is Elon going to change the Twitter name as well?

Previously, the multi-billionaire reflects to his desire of making Twitter into a “super app”, that will offer multiple functionality to users such as payments, direct messaging, posting and video streaming.

History of to Twitter X was on of the initial venture of Elon Musk and this change from Twitter to Twitter X will mark a significant day on the history of social media.

In March 1999, Elon Musk founded, an online payment company aimed at revolutionizing e-commerce transactions. It gained momentum and attracted significant attention from investors. Surprisingly, in March 2000, Musk merged with Confinity, giving rise to PayPal, a global leader in digital payment solutions.

PayPal’s success allowed Musk to pursue other ambitious ventures like SpaceX and Tesla, solidifying his status as a highly influential entrepreneur. Despite transforming into PayPal, remains a crucial chapter in Musk’s journey, laying the groundwork for the future of digital finance and shaping his remarkable career.

With Tesla stocks falling more than 10% this week, Elon is now back with the X name from his old venture to rebrand Twitter to Twitter X, critiques have yet to follow up on this.
